doesn't it make you THINK? Be it music, visual art, theater, literature, gardening, cooking...when you create something that means something, something you are proud of = good, positive energy.
More of it, the negative, bad, sad, etc. stuff gets pushed back some. Think of when you pass a pretty sight, how it makes you feel.
