I gave up looking for the big woodpecker that has been hanging around the front dogwood tree... here's a little glimpse of a sunny SC morning.

- I was born in Bath Maine and have lived in SC since 1994. I am an optimistic, INFP, Cancer, artsy, happy person. I have been a single mom since 1997; my teenagers are all taller than I am, and all incredibly intelligent, kind, funny people. My eldest is in college, and I miss being able to hug him when I want to (which is every day) I am a very blessed person to have fantastic jobs- the Youth & Children's Director at my church, and a freelance writer for my local paper and their website. I try to be mindful in all that I do, and try to notice all the beauty around me.
